About

EU compliance shouldn't require a team of consultants and a year of preparation.

The EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation is one of the most significant pieces of product regulation in decades. It requires fashion and textile brands to publish traceable, machine-readable Digital Product Passports — backed by real supply chain data and verified environmental impact.

Most brands are unprepared — not because they don't care, but because the infrastructure to do this properly didn't exist. NormaTrack is that infrastructure.

The problem

The challenge isn't knowing what a Digital Product Passport is. It's building the system to produce one at scale.

A compliant DPP requires three things working together: a structured supply chain record that traces each material from raw origin to finished product, an accurate Life Cycle Assessment built from that data, and a machine-readable passport tied to each product variant via QR code — updatable as data changes.

Most fashion brands today manage this across spreadsheets, consultant reports, and static PDF certificates. There's no single system. Data isn't connected. And when the regulation comes into force, they'll be rebuilding from scratch.

We built NormaTrack to be that single system — not a reporting tool layered on top of existing chaos, but a proper data infrastructure that connects supply chain, LCA, and DPP into one place.

How we think

Three principles that shaped every product decision.

01

LCA is only as good as the supply chain data behind it.

Generic industry averages produce generic results. NormaTrack uses your actual supplier data — material weights, origins, processing steps — to calculate product-specific footprints. When data is missing, we say so and show a confidence score, not a fabricated number.

02

Compliance tools should be used by compliance teams.

Not developers. Not external consultants. The platform is designed for the sustainability manager who has a catalog of 400 products and a Q3 deadline — not for someone who can write SQL. No-code by default, API available when needed.

03

Your supplier data is yours.

We never expose supplier names, costs, or sourcing relationships publicly. What appears on a DPP is the structured outcome — country of origin, recycled percentage, carbon footprint. The underlying records are yours, exportable at any time, on any plan.

Founder & CEO, NormaTrack

NormaTrack was founded with a clear goal: give fashion brands the technical infrastructure to comply with EU ESPR without outsourcing every step to consultants.

The platform is built by people who understand both the regulatory side — what ESPR actually requires, how the DPP data model works, what ISO 14040 means in practice — and the operational side — how brands actually manage products, suppliers, and data at scale.
